• (Monthly) visit by our service Engineer to monitor Genset health.
SCOPE OF WORK UNDER A.M.C:
• Cleaning of air cleaner filter as per schedule or replacement on chargeable basis.
• Checking V-belt’s condition adjusting as per requirement.
• Check and clean the radiator externally.
• Checking of All hoses, pipe, clamps, clips & nut / bolt.
• Checking of all air cleaner hoses, external pipes of oil cooler etc. for leakage.
• To check the cylinder head Bolt torque as per schedule.
• Tightening of all the mounting fasteners.
• Checking the distilled water level and top up.
• Checking the all-electric wiring.
• Checking all the instrument/gauges for proper working & advising for replacement of the same if found defective.
• Attending to the minor faults in Genset Panel.
• Testing the engine on load for at least 15 Minutes on every service visit.
• To educate operator on Day-to-Day maintenance.
Frequency of work:
• Our Service Engineers will visit your premises once in a Month, totaling to twelve visits in a Year.
• The schedule of visits can also be mutually decided.
• Breakdown visits as and when called upon by customer.
VALIDITY OF A.M.C:
• Service contract shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of payment.
NOT COVERED UNDER A.M.C:
• Consumable / Spare Parts for B-Check are EXCLUSIVE in AMC charges.
• Any Part replacement cost.
• Transportation of part required to be serviced outside e.g. (Radiator internal cleaning / Starter motor repairs / Charging Alternator repairs / head repair / Machining of parts) etc.
LUB OIL SERVICE MAINTENANCE PERIOD:
• For every 250-300 hours or 06 – months which so ever is earlier.
CUSTOMER SCOPE:
• A person at site location would be identified by you who would be authorized to sign the field service reports.
• In case Equipment is shifted or re located, shall be informed.
• Modifications, loading & unloading of generator & shifting will be charged extra.
• Damage due to External damage / Abuse / Accident / Fire / Natural Disaster will not cover under AMC.
• Any variation in the connected load shall be informed at the same time.
Following daily routine maintenance, checks are to be carried out by the customer:
• Checking lube oil or Coolant level before starting the engine every time.
• Checking fan belt condition before starting the engine for wear and tear.
• Minor leakage, which requires only tightening of nut /bolts and hose, pipe clips.
• Monitoring of engine parameters likes oil pressure and water temperature.
• Immediate reporting of any major fault noticed during operation.
• Maintaining the record of running hours in the logbook.
• Checking of battery condition.
• Checking of Emergency Stop condition.
• To sign our field service report, you would identify the responsible person at the location.
